Noted Channel Zero hater Marshall O'Keeffe loves Scurvy Dogs. I mean, I think. He references a "post-Saharsian world" twice, which makes me think he's more interested in subjecting the funny pirate comic to a rigorous examination of some kind. Go figure. But Ry and Drew will take a four-out-of-five from anybody, so there's that.
Newsarama and The Pulse both make note that Demo #5 and #6 were sold out but are now back in print. So you can stop surfing ebay for those.
Dorian Wright over at Postmodern Barney is Number One on the Runway with his early review of Demo #11: "Ultimately, I found this one of the most satisfying issues of Demo. It's the one in which I can most identify with the characters, and its ultimate message, 'do what makes you happy,' is the most positive and proactive ending we've seen so far."
Been pointed to this post from a blogger named Ian Brill, who points directly at the genius of the Demo format for bringing in the casual comics reader. Sure, it's anecdotal, but after a while, those anecdotes add up to the point where the initial orders of Demo #12 were greater than the initial orders of Demo #1. So, there ya go.
Erin Schadt, The Comic Queen, says Demo #11 "managed hit me like a punch to the sternum."
...and my pals Amanda Fisher and Jeff McElroy, over at Muse Comics & Games, have recommended 1000 Steps to World Domination on their front page this month, and have made us their featured publisher on their links page. Thanks, guys!

...and a tip o' the kepi to Pal Dorian for not only having the wherewithal to make up a horror section in his shop to get the Halloween kids thinking about funny books, but also for having the good taste to display Bad Mojo in an awesome spot.
